For customers in Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia, returns are accepted at the moment of delivery.
If you open the package and decide you do not want the item, you may simply refuse the package and it will be returned to us.

For all other countries, we do not offer returns because we work strictly based on custom sizing. Each product is made according to the measurements you provide, and returning the item would not be possible due to international shipping costs and custom sizing. Shipping & Delivery

Worldwide Shipping

We ship to all countries worldwide.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 2 weeks (10–14 business days)

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped with DHL, and you will receive notifications for every stage of the delivery process.


Tracking Information

After your order has been shipped, you will receive:
• a tracking number via email, or
• an SMS notification (depending on your country)

You can use the tracking link to check your package status at any time.


Customs Fees

Customs fees depend on the country you live in.

If your country requires additional customs payment, DHL or your local customs office will notify you:
• by email, or
• by SMS before delivery.
