4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express.
Estimated delivery time: 10–14 business days (approximately 2 weeks) after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and product type.
LIRIKA VESA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For customers in Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia, returns are accepted only at the moment of delivery. If you decide not to keep the item, you may refuse the package immediately.
Once the package is accepted, returns are no longer possible.
All custom-made and international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
